Cher Elyse Carden M.Ed.,C.T. is a 2-time cancer survivor, a colon therapist, intuitive reader, and health educator. With a diverse history of study in many subjects from all areas of metaphysics, essential oils, colon therapy and wellness coaching. This unique background affords her the ability to offer a multifaceted and informed approach to helping clients with various concerns.

Feeling Great Colonics in NYC is located at 231 West 21st Street - Lower Level. We are located 10 blocks south of Penn Station. The cross town bus and the E, C, and 1 subway stations are available just two blocks away on 23rd St. We are located in the Chelsea Chiropractic office in a beautiful large brownstone on a tree lined street in Chelsea, Manhattan between 7th and 8th avenues. When you get to the brownstone, Look for the black fence.  Then look above it for a brass plaque (see photo) on the building facade that says Chelsea Chiropractic.  Walk down about 6 steps and you'll see a beige gate on your right.  Walk through the little courtyard and my office is the door on the left between two large plants.  Do not walk upstairs into the large residential building with the flower pots along the window sills.  We are downstairs in the lower level as described above. 

Clients come from all over the Metropolitan area, including Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania to see the practitioner here. 

Feel Rejuvenated

Colon Hydrotherapy is an excellent way to flush out toxins, impurities and waste to optimize your overall health.  I use the  comfortable gravity flow machine with disposable hose and tubing.

Comfortable and Private

 The client is covered with a towel or a blanket and given a comfortable pillow. You have a private place to change so modesty  is always respected. Bathroom facilities are sanitized in-between each client session.  All instruments for colonics are disposable.

 Comfort Tip

One day, years ago; I complained to my health practitioner about my constipation and gas.  He recommended something totally unexpected.  He suggested I take one cup of oatmeal and cook it with 5 cups of water.  Strain the oatmeal, keeping the oat water.  Put a little honey in the warm oat water and drink.  It will help the bowel to move much easier.  I tried it and

what-a-ya-know!  It worked! 

PUBLIC SAFETY:  AT PRESENT THERE ARE NO TEMPERATURE CHECKS, MASK OR VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS. HOWEVER, CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SEE A PHYSICIAN OR STAY HOME IF SICK. MASKS ARE PROVIDED IF A CLIENT REQUESTS ONE.   ALL SURFACES IN THE COLONIC/MASSAGE ROOM AND BATHROOM ARE WIPED DOWN IN-BETWEEN EACH APPOINTMENT.  THE OFFICE IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND COZY.  WE ONLY USE DISPOSABLE EQUIPMENT TO PRESERVE HYGIENE AND SAFETY.  A DIFFUSER WITH A PLEASANT AROMA IS ALWAYS IN USE TO OFFER A SOOTHING EXPERIENCE WHEN THE CLIENT ENTERS THE ROOM.
